Applications for the 2024-2025 OTW Program Year are being accepted from August 1 to September 15. Interviews will be held during the last two weeks of September and applicants will be notified of their acceptance in early October.

If you are between the ages of 16 and 26 and interested in joining a community of peers, please either fill out the online application or print the PDF copy and mail or hand deliver it to:

For applicants who are interested in the annual trip, please note that you must be:

1) 18 years old or older by June 1, 2025.

2) Able to participate in our annual fall retreat from Friday, October 11 to Sunday, October 13. This event is required for all participants, but mandatory for anyone who wishes to travel.

3) Attend regular meetings throughout the year to be a part of our community and to plan and prepare for the annual trip.

4) Work the annual dinner auction on the first Friday and Saturday of February.
