In this class for 16 -18 year olds, you will assess your level of emotional intelligence (EI)—your ability to recognize, understand, and manage your emotions and the emotions of others—and create an individualized road map to help you navigate the world from a centered and confident place. Harness your EI to:

Minimize overwhelm
Manage stress
Resolve conflict
Support and encourage others
