OTW Leadership Presentation: How Service Providers Can Work More Effectively with the Youth They Serve

The Marin County Board of Supervisors provided a grant to have OTW participants and alumni participate in a leadership development training in which they learned how to: 1) Identify trauma and its effects, 2) Interview youth and service providers about how they could work together more effectively, 3) Develop a presentation, and 4) Present their findings to the public. OTW successfully interviewed 20 youths and 20 service providers.
