The Marin County Board of Supervisors has provided a grant to have OTW participants and alumni participate in a leadership development training in which they will learn about trauma, how to interview community members, develop a presentation and present their findings to public.
The goal is to interview service providers and youth to determine how they can work more effectively together and improve outcomes.
